Nicolas Oliveira’s background in food & beverage began at the French Culinary Institute, where he graduated with a Classic Culinary Degree in Italian Culinary Arts.
His passions for culinary and service then led him to explore the city of Miami, where he obtained the position of Beverage Manager at La Loggia Restaurant & Lounge. Oliveira’s creativity and vast knowledge of wine was evident in the wine and cocktails program at La Loggia Restaurant & Lounge. His next venture was at Tre Italian Bistro as General Manager.
When Oliveira returned to New York, he joined the Jean-Georges family. With his culinary and beverage background, he was hired by Jean-Georges Spice Market as the Beverage Manager and was soon promoted to Assistant General Manager.
In March 2014, Oliveira joined Hotel Americano as Director of Food & Beverage. Located in the art gallery district of Chelsea, Hotel Americano celebrates contemporary art with Latin flair.
