WAYS TO RESET YOUR MORNING RITUAL:
1. Start the day by grounding both your mind and body, get into a positive headspace by playing one of our curated playlists or following a guided meditation.
- Identify what is overlooked and should be incorporated into your mindful routine. If it is dedicating time to yourself, it can be expressed by participating in something you enjoy, like finally getting a book crossed-off from your reading list.
2. Listen to an audiobook or a guided meditation while you greet the day with a cup of tea outside in nature.
- Enjoy your morning tea with the windows open to feel synchronized with the changing weather.
4. Infuse your teabags in the morning and save them for the evening to use as an antioxidant rich eye mask. We suggest compostable teabags for the wellness of both you and the Earth.
WAYS TO EVENING RESET:
1. Set up musical accompaniment to your evening unwind with our Night Time Rituals playlist.
2. Create a customized bath experience with epsom bath salts, essential oils like eucalyptus oil, and loose leaf tea for a luxurious soak. Revitalizing your body after a long day to channel elements of a lavish lifestyle and prepare yourself for the following day.
- The beauty of homemade bath salts is that only clean, non-toxic ingredients come into contact with our skin. TEALEAVES’ matches the bath soak to the season by blending it with a variety of smells and ingredients. Our favorite combination consists of loose leaf Organic Chamomile Flowers and vanilla essential oil which leaves your skin feeling pampered!

3. Sit back and take a breath while using the teabags set aside earlier as the de-puffing eye masks that help relieve tension from your day's screen time.
- We like to heat the tea bag eye masks by submerging them into shallow hot water for a minute - or chill them in the freezer for 10 minutes for a refreshing, cooling effect. Be sure to test the temperature on the back of your hand before placing them on your eyes.

A Bountiful indoor garden:
1. Many fragrant herbs such as basil, thyme, chives, and mint can thrive in an indoor garden, contributing sustainable fresh aromas and flavors to every meal.
- To keep your indoor herb garden happy, ensure they are well-watered, placed in sunny spots, and kept at room temperature.
2. Discover the significance of plants from our collaborations with friends at the Botanical Gardens.
3. Signal spring’s arrival with annual flowers that add color to your space to remind you of positive change.
- Potted perennial bulbs like hyacinths, daffodils, and amaryllis rebloom the following spring.
pamper your plants:
1. Take your time finding the best place for your plant to thrive in – this is an important first step to ensure the plant will thrive!
2. Use tea leaves as fertilizer, rich in potassium, phosphorus, nitrogen, and other various trace minerals that’ll boost your garden without the use of harsh chemicals!
- Prepare the tea leaf fertilizer by storing a jar near the sink where you can easily empty the brewd leaves and store until use. With teabags, ensure to remove the tea leaves from their sachets before feeding your garden.
- Sprinkle loose leaves around the base of your plants to spur growth. When watered, the nutrients from the tea will be released into the soil.
- Plants with slightly lower pH level soil will benefit most from tea leaves.
3. Curate your indoor flower garden into an aesthetically energizing sight. Pots can serve as interior decor, accessorizing and accentuating both your space and plant! Ensure your plant pot has enough room for your plant to grow and receive nourishment.

1. Change up your space by switching up items for seasonally colored ones. Small details can reinvent and bring a spring balance to your surroundings. Incorporate interchangeable items such as mugs, candles, and even pens with a new ink color.
2. Alter the atmosphere of any space through light color by replacing your ordinary light bulb to a coloured one. This can set moods, create calming settings, and even boost productivity.
3. Indulge in watching a documentary in your spring upgraded space. If you want to learn more about the impacts of color, explore A TEALEAVES Documentary on the Details of Color in Design, a collaboration with Pantone Color, Herman Miller, Nike.
4. Utilize a nail polish to bring a pop of color to your hands. O.P.I’s periwinkle-purple, You’re Such a BudaPest, is not only the shade of Hyacinths when in blossom, but is Pantone's 2022 Color of the Year.
