How to Infuse Liquor

Ever wonder how to infuse your liquor without waiting for at least 15 minutes, or even up to a few days? Look no further and let a vacuum siphon help you out.

As the liquid boils in the lower chamber, it siphons up and infuses with the flavor and aromas of the ingredients in the top chamber. The entire process takes about five minutes, and once the chambers are removed from the heat source, the infused liquid will work its way back down to the lower chamber, ready to be served.

So why not take a cue from the most interesting mixologists, and find your new favorite infusion. Our favorite? A simple, Lemon Verbena-infused Gin Fizz.
