As tea is treated as a food item by both the USFDA and CFIA, returns are not accepted (food safety risk).


If upon receiving your package you find that it is damaged or that there is an error in your order, kindly email us at mailorder@tealeaves.com within 7 days of delivery. So we can quickly identify the transaction, please attach a photograph of the damaged, incorrect, or missing item with your order number.


If you are dissatisfied with your product, please email mailorder@tealeaves.com or connect with us through chat, and we will be happy to provide you store credit via gift card, within 7 days of delivery.
