Six years ago, we decided to take a deep dive into palate and explore the importance of each characteristic of the palate experience. To us, as blenders, we have always defined palate as Color + Aroma + Taste, always looking to balance and optimize each element to create an exceptional tea drinking experience.

The average human attention span has fallen to eight seconds. With such a competitive landscape, brands must connect and convey their message almost instantaneously.

Fascinated by color's potential to excite and delight, we explored the detail of color selection and the large impact it can have on how we drink tea.
Through these learnings, we created our Signature Tea bags with the colors that evoke and amplify the mood of each blend.

Blending experiences from scent-branding experts, artists, Microsoft Design, TEALEAVES, and language creators from Game of Thrones, Pantone, and musicology. Sharing their experience – to bring about an appreciation and understanding for the detail of Aroma and its impact on the human condition.

Communicating through aroma allowed us to convey language in an inclusive way beyond the traditional methods of connection.
Through these learnings, we created our Classic Compostable Tea Bags with inclusive packaging through a universal language of aroma.
