1 Tsp. Color of the Year 2025 Mocha Mousse
½ Cup Milk or Milk Substitute of Choice
2 Tbsp. Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup or Organic Honey
Cinnamon Stick, for garnish
Cocoa Powder, for garnish

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS

Add 1 teaspoon of Mocha Mousse tea to a vessel. Add 1/2 cup of hot water, infuse 4+ minutes. Strain and set aside. Note, you can make this in advance and reserve in your fridge.
In a small saucepan, combine milk/alternative and chopped dark chocolate. Heat gently, stirring until the chocolate melts and the mixture is velvety.
Stir in maple syrup (or honey). Whisk.
Pour the infused tea into your favorite lattea teacup. Slowly stream the warm chocolate milk into the tea.
Delicately dust with cocoa powder and add a cinnamon stick.
