Your FAQs, Answered
For Health & Well-Being

Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and low in caffeine, it is a healthy cup to drink daily.

The one that you will drink. Meaning that if you prefer the clean finish of a Chinese green tea, or the vegetal, nori-like finish of a Japanese green, then that is what you will enjoy drinking the most. Drinking tea straight, without additional milk or sugar, will also keep your preferred cup healthier. Herbals, because they are naturally caffeine free, provide a refreshing palate change to plain water.
