Old Fashioned Tea Cocktail

1 Satchet TEALEAVES Noir Iced Tea
2 Oz. Wild Turkey Forgiven
1 Tbsp. Simple Syrup (see recipe below)
1 Cup Sugar
2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Orange Peel

Simple Syrup

1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water

Instructions

Old Fashioned Tea Cocktail

Steep one TEALEAVES Noir Iced Tea Sachet in 32 Oz./946 mL. of hot water.
Remove the sachet after 3-4 minutes and let the water cool.
Reserve ¾ of a cup to use in the cocktail, and refrigerate the rest for later.
Mix the simple syrup, ¾ cup of TEALEAVES Noir iced tea, and the rest of the ingredients together.
Pour over a single large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange peel.

Simple Syrup

Combine sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and cool.
