Ingredients

- 2 oz. Mezcal
- ¼ oz. Pantone Color of the Year 2024 Peach Fuzz Tea-Infused Simple Syrup
- ½ oz. Lime Juice
- ¼ oz. Yuzu
- 1 ½ oz. Peach Puree
- 2 Drops Habanero Tincture
- Half Rim Chilli Salt / Rocks Glass / Big Cube
Pantone COLOR OF THE YEAR 2024 PEACH FUZZ-INFUSED SIMPLE SYRUP
- 2 tsp. TEALEAVES Pantone Color of the Year 2024 Peach Fuzz blend
- 2 Cups Sugar
Instructions
Pantone COLOR OF THE YEAR 2024 PEACH FUZZ-INFUSED SIMPLE SYRUP
- Infuse 2 teaspoons of Color of the Year 2024 Peach Fuzz tea in 1 cup of boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Strain the tea leaves.
- Over medium heat, add 2 cups of sugar to the tea infusion. Stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil.
SOUNDS PEACHY
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously. Double strain into a rimmed and iced cocktail glass. Enjoy!
