Ingredients
- 1 Tsp. TEALEAVES Organic Ashwagandha Beetroot Boost
- 2 Bananas
- ½ Cup Porridge Oats
- 1 Tsp. Whole Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Almond Butter (or substitute with any nut butter)
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- Unsweetened Almond Milk (amount depends on preferred consistency)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend well.
- Transfer the smoothie to a serving bowl.
- Garnish smoothie bowl with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
