1 Tsp. TEALEAVES Organic Ashwagandha Beetroot Boost
2 Bananas
½ Cup Porridge Oats
1 Tsp. Whole Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp. Almond Butter (or substitute with any nut butter)
1 Tbsp. Honey
Unsweetened Almond Milk (amount depends on preferred consistency)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend well.
Transfer the smoothie to a serving bowl.
Garnish smoothie bowl with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
