Harmony Gin Fizz

1 ¾ Oz. Uncle Val Gin
¼ Oz. Dry Curaçao
1 ¼ Oz. TEALEAVES Harmony Loose Leaf Tea Syrup (see recipe below)
1 Lemon
1 Egg White
2 Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
1 Sprig Mint

Instructions

Harmony Gin Fizz

Heat water and steep TEALEAVES Harmony Loose Leaf Tea for 4+ minutes. Set aside.
Add 2 parts sugar, 1 part steeped Harmony blend tea to saucepan.
Heat & melt together, mixing so as not to burn sugar.
Set aside to cool.
