For a truly impressive layer of foam, dry shake the ingredients in a cocktail shaker before adding ice, and then shake a second time.

Ingredients
Four Seasons Sour
- 60 mL. Jim Beam Infused TEALEAVES Four Seasons Hong Kong Tea Blend
- 30 mL. Lemon Juice
- 30 mL. Simple Syrup
- 30 mL. Egg White
- TEALEAVES Four Seasons Hong Kong Blend
Instructions
Four Seasons Sour
- Put all ingredients (excluding garnish) into a cocktail shaker
- Shake.
- Add ice.
- Shake again.
- Double strain into cocktail glass.
- Use a blender to blend the Four Seasons Hong Kong tea leaves.
- Sprinkle blended Four Seasons Hong Kong tea leaves over the “FS” cocktail stencil.
