The tea is fragrant and clear. The flavors are very floral - maybe even a bit too "fresh picked." I did brew this tea at 200° and let it steep for about 4 minutes. Usually I will brew at jasmine at 185° and only let it steep for 2-3 minutes. I could detect the bitter edge of an over heated jasmine tea in the flavors. I brewed another cup at my usually temp/time for jasmine and it was much more well balanced, but still very floral. It's a good cup of tea, but if you like the lightness of a Jasmine tea, maybe try brewing it at a little bit lower temp.
