Tealeaves Organic Peppermint Tincture
- 1 TEALEAVES Organic Peppermint Signature Teabag
- 6 oz 151-Proof Rum
Tealeaves Organic Peppermint & Butterfly Pealeaf-infused Gin
- 2 TEALEAVES Organic Peppermint Signature Teabags
- 10 oz Bombay Gin
- 3 Butterfly Pea Flowers
Second Spring
- 1.5 oz TEALEAVES Organic Peppermint & Butterfly Pealeaf-Infused Bombay Gin
- 0.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.25 oz Cream
- 0.25 oz Sirop d’Orgeat
- 1 Egg White
Accoutrement
- 2 drops of Tincture, 1 oz Prosecco to top up
Instructions
Tealeaves Organic Peppermint Tincture
- Add Organic Peppermint teabag to 151-Proof Rum. Stir and infuse (16 hrs).
- Remove teabag.
Tealeaves Organic Peppermint & Butterfly Pealeaf-infused Gin
- Add Organic Peppermint teabags and Butterfly Pea Flowers to Gin. Stir and infuse (16 hrs).
- Strain out teabag and pea flowers.
Second Spring
- Put all ingredients into an ISI whipping siphon.
- Shake, siphon and double strain ingredients into coupe. Top up with Prosecco. Add two drops of tincture. Enjoy!
