Midori Kokonattsu
Indulge in the smooth combination of vegetal TEALEAVES Tencha Matcha, paired with the creaminess of white chocolate and pleasant flavours of coconut.
Created at the H Tasting Lounge by Mixologists Chiara Fung and Andrew Kong. Enjoy this lovely cocktail alongside the lovely Sakura in Bloom afternoon tea, held between April 6-28.

Ingredients
Midori Kokonattsu
- 2 oz. Chilled TEALEAVES Tencha Matcha
- 1 ½ oz. Yoshi No Gawa Sake
- 1 oz. Coconut syrup
- ½ oz. Gin
- White chocolate foam (to top)
- For Garnish: TEALEAVES Tencha Matcha
- Powdered chocolate
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into shaker tin, add ice and shake hard for 10-12 seconds.
- Strain into brandy snifter with 4-5 ice cubes.
- Top with white chocolate foam.
- Garnish with powdered chocolate and TEALEAVES Tencha Matcha powder.
