Ingredients
Rapid Infusion with a Vacuum Siphon
- 200 mL. Queensborough Gin
- 25 Grams TEALEAVES Lemon Verbena Loose Leaf Tea
Queensborough Gin Fizz
- 50 mL. Queensborough Gin Infused with Lemon Verbena (see recipe above)
- 20 mL. Fresh Lime Juice
- To Top Up Hopping Mad Cider
Instructions
Rapid Infusion with a Vacuum Siphon
- Using a vacuum syphon, boil the liquid until it rises to the top chamber.
- Place the TEALEAVES Lemon Verbena tea inside, and place the lid on top.
- Let it infuse for a few minutes.
- Remove the siphon from the heat. The liquid will move back to the bottom chamber.
- Chill slightly by rubbing ice against the bottom chamber.
- Remove the infusion and make a Queensborough Gin Fizz!
Queensborough Gin Fizz
- Add TEALEAVES Lemon Verbena-infused Queensborough Gin to a gin and tonic glass.
- Add lime juice and fill half the glass with ice.
- Fill the rest with Hopping Mad Cider.
- Garnish with a candied orange peel and enjoy!
