- 5 oz. Peach Fuzz Tea-infused Tonic Water
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- ½ Meyer Lemon (for juice)
- Hearty Sprig of Sage
- Meyer Lemon Wheel
Instructions
Peach Fuzz Fizz
- Prepare the garnishes (hearty sprig of sage and Meyer lemon wheel).
- Fill fish bowl-like goblet glass with ice to the brim.
- Pour .5 oz of simple syrup over ice.
- Squeeze half a Meyer lemon into glass.
- Place in garnishes between ice and glass.
- Use soda siphon to carefully pour ≈ 5oz of Peach Fuzz tea-infused tonic.
