Ingredients
- 1 Tsp. TEALEAVES Organic Ashwagandha Beetroot Boost
- 3 Cups Strawberries
- ½ Beet (medium-sized - peeled and diced)
- 13 ½ Oz. Coconut Milk (full fat)
- ½ Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 ½ Tbsp. Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a popsicle mould and insert popsicle sticks.
- Place in the freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until frozen.
- Take popsicle mould out of the freezer for a couple of minutes prior to serving for an easier removal.
