Vanilla Rooibos

Rooibos, also known as "red bush," hails from the rugged slopes of South Africa's Cederberg Mountains. First documented in 1772 by botanist Carl Humberg, this naturally caffeine-free infusion was traditionally enjoyed by the region's Khoi peoples. The needle-like leaves are harvested, bruised with hammers, fermented, and sun-dried, creating a rich, sweet-tasting tea reminiscent of black tea but low in tannins and brimming with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
