Chef Zachary Hillberry is a decorated chef with more than 15 years of professional and enviable culinary experience. He has received numerous awards and worthy recognitions over the years for his work in luxury hotels in Las Vegas. These include the Premium Chef Award at Las Vegas Taste of Elegance, the President Recognition Award at Luxor (twice), and the Best Recipe Award for “Pairing of Wine, Food, Talent & Technique” at Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association.
Chef Zachary launched his culinary career from the California Culinary Academy. Over the years, he has studied under and trained with Marc Murphy (celebrity Chef and owner of Landmarc), Andrea Immer (Master Sommelier) and Nobu Matsuhisa (celebrity Chef and owner of Nobu). His talents in training and directing other cooks and chefs have consistently allowed him to progress to positions of increasing challenge and responsibility. Chef Zachary’s dynamic, results-focused and contagious team-oriented spirit moved him from being the Chef de Cuisine at Caesars Palace to the Executive Chef at the Mandarin Oriental. He then returned to Caesars Palace, this time as the Executive Banquet Chef, due to his unparalleled expert knowledge of banquet food and wine pairing.
