Tanya Wagner-Klausmann


Over the past twenty two years Tanya Wagner-Klausmann has dedicated her time and passion to learning and working in the hotel industry.

After graduating with a Management Degree from the internationally renowned hotel management school “Les Roches” in Switzerland, Tanya embarked on a career that took her worldwide and later enabled her to establish the company “nosh GmbH.”

Tanya gained her experience in her home country of South Africa, as well as in Switzerland, Spain, England, Hungary, Czech Republic, Jordan, United States of America, Italy, Germany and Croatia.

The long list of hotels that Tanya has worked with includes ten years of experience at various Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts worldwide, starting off in Room Service and working her way up to Director of Food and Beverage, and assisting in a few Four Seasons Hotel openings.

In 2007, Tanya founded nosh GmbH with the vision of bringing support to the hotel and restaurant industry in the food and beverage field. Since then Tanya’s vast knowledge has attributed to nine hotel property openings, including renovations and concept changes of restaurants through her company’s consulting services.
