Olivier Lot


Mr. Olivier Lot, currently the Director of Food and Beverage in St. Petersburg’s Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace, is a hospitality industry veteran with over 21 years of experience.

A graduate of the Ecole hôtelière Jean Drouant in Paris, Mr. Lot has worked in only the most prestigious 5-star hotels: Ritz Paris, Four Seasons George V, Hotel Crillon, and Le Bristol.

Throughout his experiences in 5-star hotels in the beautiful city of Paris, Olivier has had the privilege to work alongside Michelin Chefs Alain Senderens, Guy Savoy, Christian Constant, Eric Briffard, Guy Martin, Michel Roth, and Michel Burgos.

Olivier Lot relocated to Russia to join the Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace team as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, and was most recently promoted to the role of Director.
