Chef Olivier Belliard is a highly distinguished hospitality industry expert with over 20 years of experience. He holds a Master’s Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in culinary studies from Pullman Cabourg. Chef Belliard’s career history as executive chef spans over many luxury hotels and Michelin-star restaurants around the globe. He has gained experience working closely with some of the world’s leading chefs, including Michel Rostang, Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Nicolas Le Bec.
His first senior management role took him to Beirut where he served as Executive Chef at Le 5 Restaurant, a three Michelin-starred venture led by French celebrity chef Mathieu Pacaud. Joining Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2005 as part of the opening team for the five-star Sheraton Pattaya Resort in Thailand, Chef Belliard gained his positive reputation through his successful leadership of 60 chefs and service team of 82 staff.
