Megan Gray

Megan Gray is currently the Asset Manager at Resort Development Group in Denver, Colorado while also owning and co-owning two different personally driven culinary projects. After serving as Director of Food and Beverage at Mobil Five Star and AAA Five Diamond St. Regis New York for more than two years, Megan Gray joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ latest development as Director of Food and Beverage for The St. Regis Atlanta in 2008. Gray brought a legacy of experience with the brand’s bespoke service as she oversaw The St. Regis Atlanta’s food offerings.

Gray’s commitment to enduring standards and exacting business acumen has made her a connoisseur of culture and an ambassador for elegance. Prior to joining The St. Regis New York, she was Managing Director of the Larkspur Restaurant in Vail, Colorado, for nearly three years. While at the Larkspur she managed, interviewed and trained the staff while assisting with marketing initiatives and events for the restaurant, which has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence every year from 2000 to 2008 for outstanding wine cellar experience.

“I have had the good fortune to partner with TEALEAVES in both The St. Regis New York and The St. Regis Atlanta. The quality and presentation of the product is superior to anything I have found. The team is gracious and accommodating in creating bespoke blends for us while allowing us to take our tea experience to the next level.”

Before her Directorship at the Larkspur, Gray gained valuable experience as the Dining Room Manager at the Silver Sage Restaurant at the Red Sky Ranch Golf Club near the legendary Vail and Beaver Creek Mountain Resorts. During her time at Red Sky, she assisted in the club’s opening, as well as in the private membership clubhouse, which featured two courses designed by golf legends Tom Fazio and Greg Norman. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

In 2014, Gray applied her wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry to the establishment of her own restaurant, The BARley Colorado Craft and Draft in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. She has also since launched Whiskey and the Vine Consulting in Denver, Colorado and is the co-owner for this creative food and beverage consulting service offering a variety of services from strategy to concept development.
