Megan Gray is currently the Asset Manager at Resort Development Group in Denver, Colorado while also owning and co-owning two different personally driven culinary projects. After serving as Director of Food and Beverage at Mobil Five Star and AAA Five Diamond St. Regis New York for more than two years, Megan Gray joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ latest development as Director of Food and Beverage for The St. Regis Atlanta in 2008. Gray brought a legacy of experience with the brand’s bespoke service as she oversaw The St. Regis Atlanta’s food offerings.
Gray’s commitment to enduring standards and exacting business acumen has made her a connoisseur of culture and an ambassador for elegance. Prior to joining The St. Regis New York, she was Managing Director of the Larkspur Restaurant in Vail, Colorado, for nearly three years. While at the Larkspur she managed, interviewed and trained the staff while assisting with marketing initiatives and events for the restaurant, which has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence every year from 2000 to 2008 for outstanding wine cellar experience.
