Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil , Oliveira has been heavily influenced by local farmers and Brazilian cuisines, which led him to develop a lifetime of appreciation for coffee, tea and food.
Luiz Oliveira has been a Hotel Food and Beverage Executive working at 4 and 5 diamond resorts for 28 years. During his tenure, he has managed over 18 locations that include international, Caribbean and stateside properties.
