Erica Caston Pisanty holds over twelve years of experience in the Food & Beverage Industry and has been an integral part of many luxury hotel groups.
After graduating from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, one of the most recognized and esteemed hospitality schools in the world, Erica started her career with the Four Seasons Hotels. She held positions in New York, Italy and Washington. Erica finally settled at The Four Seasons Hotel in Miami as Food & Beverage Manager, where she assisted in the opening of the hotel.
