David Monson


David graduated from Oxford Brookes University in England within Hospitality Administration and Management; David’s career began at The Savoy and Claridge’s in London where he worked as a Management Trainee for four years honing his skills as a Chef, Steward, Outlet Manager and Banquet Manager before he began his career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 1996.

The long relationship between David and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts began at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane where he served as the Catering Manager for three years. He later had the opportunity to gain further experience by transferring to the Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf in 1999 for the hotel opening as the Director of Catering then to Four Seasons Resort & Club Dallas as the Director of Conference Services, followed by the same position at the Four Seasons Resort Great Exuma in the Bahamas.

This broad wealth of experience in food and beverage allowed David to serve as the Director of Food & Beverage in both Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf and Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire for eight years overseeing all food and beverage related operations and services until Summer 2014.

He has returned to where it all started back in London and is now the Hotel manager at Metropolitan by COMO, London.
