Award-winning Chef Calvin Belknap is the Director of Food and Beverage at the legendary Omni Park Grove Inn. Highly skilled in the culinary arts, Belknap considers it his mission to indulge the expectations of sophisticated diners at the hotel’s classic Dining Room. Since joining the resort in 2002, his focus on lighter fare and concentrated flavours has been met with overwhelming success.
Belknap’s expertise is reflective of his vast experience at top resorts and the myriad accolades earned throughout his career. He first joined the Omni Hotels group as the Executive Food and Beverage Director at Omni Mount Washington Resort. Prior to that he gained experience as the Corporate Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage at the Colonial Williamsburg and The Williamsburg Inn in Virginia.
