Four Seasons Sour

Based on the classic Bourbon sour, the Four Seasons infuses bourbon with its very own custom blended tea. Topped with an egg white foam, the Four Seasons Sour is easy to make, and impressive enough to show off to your friends.

Custom blended for the Four Seasons Hong Kong, TEALEAVES’ Four Seasons Hong Kong blend, an orchid-like oolong with vanilla, pairs beautifully with the vanilla notes in bourbon. For a truly impressive layer of foam, dry shake the ingredients in a cocktail shaker before adding ice, and then shake a second time.

Four Seasons Sour

  • 60 mL. Jim Beam Infused Four Seasons Hong Kong Tea Blend
  • 30 mL. Lemon Juice
  • 30 mL. Simple Syrup
  • 30 mL. Egg White
  • TEALEAVES Four Seasons Hong Kong Blend
  1. Put all ingredients (excluding garnish) into a cocktail shaker

  2. Shake

  3. Add ice

  4. Shake again

  5. Double strain into cocktail glass

  6. Use a blender to blend the Four Seasons Hong Kong tea leaves

  7. Sprinkle blended Four Seasons Hong Kong tea leaves over the “FS” cocktail stencil
