“We wanted to create something unusual, with a unique palate. We spent two hours making different cocktails, and then spent a half hour blind tasting them. We looked at different criteria during the blind tasting – ultimately, we needed to make sure the cocktail complemented the season.”
TEALEAVES Nutcracker Loose Leaf Tea, steeped
1/2 oz.Organic Blue Agave
To TasteCaramel Syrup
Drizzle the caramel syrup around the inside of a martini glass in a lace pattern before pouring cocktail in.
Mix all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Pour into the glass and serve.
