Nutty Professor

Cinnamon bitters swirl like whirling dervishes atop a cloud of soft foam.

Pairing with the rich hazelnut flavors in TEALEAVES Nutcracker tea, an infusion of poached pear and brandy dance upon the palate, the perfect finish after a dessert.

Created at St. Regis San Francisco by Mixologists Scott Berg and Eric Lauer.

Notes from Scott Berg, Mixologist at the St. Regis, San Francisco:

“We used Chef Franck’s poached pears to create a simple syrup. It’s very unique in that it has a very sweet profile, and took two days to let the pear syrup fully infuse and mingle with the flavors of the Nutcracker tea syrup.”
