Despite now holding the position of Director of Restaurants at the legendary Beverly Hills Hotel, Robert Rouleau has more than dabbled in the art of mixology. Starting at The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter and The Indigo Grill, he joined the team at The Beverly Hills Hotel in 2009 as Beverage Manager at Bar Nineteen12, known for its beautiful terrace and sunset views. He then assumed the new position of Director of Cabana Café & Pool, where he played an instrumental role in reopening the popular café and introducing poolside food service Robert has been in his current role since July of 2015.
