Reginald Archambault

Reginald Archambault, presently the General Manager of Hersha Hospitality in Philadelphia, is a hotelier with over 18 years of experience in senior leadership positions in the luxury sector. A corporate speaker for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and familiar with all aspects of hotel management, Reginald is also committed to achieving personal and professional goals through his wide skill set, with a career objective of holding the position of General Manager at a Mobil Five Star property.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Reginald has acted as Property Manager of Ocean Boulevard Properties, Resident Manager of Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, as well as Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Resort Aviara North San Diego, Four Seasons Resort Nevis, and Four Seasons Philadelphia. In addition, Reginald has worked at prestigious Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Cleveland, San Francisco, and Amelia Island. Most recently, he was the General Manager of the Luxe Hotel Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles and most recently at The Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia. Many of the hotels and resorts that Reginald has led and directed have been awarded the Mobil Four- or Five-Star rating as well as the AAA Five-Diamond rating.

Only three establishments in the Philadelphia area were awarded the AAA Five-Diamond rating in 2014: the Four Seasons, the Rittenhouse Hotel, and the Fountain Restaurant at the Four Seasons. Reginald Archambault says his staff work very hard to maintain the hotel’s Five-Diamond status, which they’ve held for 24 years.
