Lutz Arnhold oversees the food and beverage program at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel Mayakoba luxury resort in Texas. Arnhold began his hospitality career as a professional Sommelier at the Hilton Berlin hotel in Germany, moving on to the Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel, Bermuda. Before joining the team at Rosewood Hotels, he gained valuable experience and honed his talents at the Three Michelin star Residenz Heinz Winkler restaurant in Aschau, Germany. Lutz Arnhold has been working with the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts luxury group for the past seven years, including properties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Jumby Bay, Antigua, and Mayakoba in Rivera Maya and now in Dallas. Under his Directorship, the Rosewood Mayakoba has just received their AAA Five Diamond Award, as well as being recognized as the best Ultra Luxury Resort in The Caribbean and Latin America by World Travel Guide awards.
