JP Teresi’s background in the hospitality industry began at the prestigious University of Auguste Escoffier in France where a passion for all things service was cultivated. While studying there, he earned a Professional Baccalaureate Degree as well as a Judge of Examinations Degree. For 17 years he has lead teams as a General Manager for venues with AAA four diamonds, Michelin stars, and Mobile four stars.
During JP Teresi’s vast career within the food and beverage industry he has had many accomplishments, including working for six well-regarded celebrity chefs: Alain Ducasse, Roger Verge, Daniel Boulud, Charlie Palmer, Bradley Ogden, and Gordon Ramsay. While at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, JP Teresi was the General Manager of Bradley Ogden and accumulated numerous accolades. During his tenure the property received a Michelin star, Mobile Four Star, and an AAA Four Diamond Award. The restaurant was also named Excellent by Zagat Reviewers, received the Grand Award from Wine Spectator Magazine 4 years in a row, and was also awarded Nevada Restaurateur of the year in 2010 during his tenure.
After this astounding achievement JP Teresi took on the challenge of opening the 65,000 sq. ft. Sugar Factory at the Paris Hotel and Casino. Opening this four story 24-hour venture was no small feat of achievement. He opened 5 outlets including American Brasserie, Chocolate Lounge, Chateau Beer Garden, Casino Bar, and Outdoor Café.
He presently holds the position of General Manager at Gordon Ramsay Steak at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
