Erica Caston Pisanty holds over twelve years of experience in the Food & Beverage Industry and has been an integral part of many luxury hotel groups.

After graduating from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, one of the most recognized and esteemed hospitality schools in the world, Erica started her career with the Four Seasons Hotels. She held positions in New York, Italy and Washington. Erica finally settled at The Four Seasons Hotel in Miami as Food & Beverage Manager, where she assisted in the opening of the hotel.

Her passion and dedication led her quickly to her next positions as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at the Morgans Hotel Group, Delano Hotel and then as Director of Events at Elysian Hotels and Resorts.

Highly regarded by her peers, Erica is known for her dedication, passion, eye for details, and going above and beyond.

Erica is currently the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for The Langham Hospitality Group in Chicago. Erica is responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage outlet operations and was part of the executive opening team.

Combining convenience with luxurious comfort, The Langham, Chicago occupies the first 13 floors of a 52-story skyscraper designed by celebrated architect Mies van der Rohe. In recognition of its architectural and cultural significance, the building was declared a Chicago Landmark in 2008 and entered into the National Register of Historic Places. A well-known landmark in the city, The Langham, Chicago continues the traditions, values and legendary service established by The Langham, London in 1865.
