Restaurant One (est. 2007) is the creation of Limburger Edwin Soumang and Canadian Bethany DeLong. Their international hospitality experience is palatable; Bethany and Edwin have seen much of the world, which for them has been and continues to be a great source of inspiration. In 2010, One received a Michelin star which it carries today.
