As the Director of Food and Beverage Conventions at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, Colleen Clayton aims for excellence in all areas of operations from meeting corporate mandates and budgets to providing exceptional service to all her clients. Highly regarded by her peers, she leads by example and her vast knowledge and experience is evident in her interactions.

Colleen Clayton began her long career in hospitality when she began her first position at the Director of Banquets at Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Maui, Hawaii. After working in Hawaii for over three years, Clayton transferred to the Ritz-Carlton at Rancho Mirage, California, and continued serving as the Director of Banquets there for almost two years.

In February 2002, Clayton moved to Las Vegas, joining the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino family. She has been in Las Vegas ever since, serving as the Director of Banquets at the Mandalay Bay for four years, followed by her current position as the Director of Food & Beverage and Conventions at MGM Grand Hotel.
