Alexander Moser

INSTANBUL, TURKEY

Originally from Germany, Chef Alexander Moser began his career as a kitchen apprentice at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. It was a perfect fit from the start and Moser has remained in the Hyatt family for the 16 years of his diverse culinary career.

Alexander Moser worked his way up, earning his first Sous Chef position at the Park Hyatt Dubai before becoming the Chef de Cuisine at the Hyatt Regency Dubai. His international culinary journey took him to the Hyatt Regency Ekaterinburg where he took his first role as the Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef at the property.

Next it was on to the Global Hyatt Hotels office in Zurich, Switzerland. Moser spent 6 months as the in-house Executive Chef before tackling the challenge of Executive Chef and pre-opening for two Hyatt hotels in Vladivostok, Russia.

Chef Moser has provided special support on more than 12 different projects during his career at Hyatt, including the pre-opening and takeover of hotels in Sochi, Amsterdam, Paris, Kiev, and many more.

Currently working as the Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy, Alexander Moser is known for his exceptional culinary skills, complemented perfectly by his focus on guest satisfaction and ability to provide leadership and guidance to all his teams.
